Welcome to Pencil Creative Lab. By purchasing our services or working with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully before placing any order.

 

1. Project Requirements

• The client must provide all necessary materials (logo, text, photos, product details, content).
• If any content is missing, project timelines may be extended.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by late client responses.

 

2. Payments & Refunds

• Full payment or agreed advance is required before project start.
• All payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Refunds are only applicable if no work has been delivered.
• Additional revisions or extra work require additional payment.

3. Revisions Policy

• Each service includes a fixed number of revisions mentioned in the package.
• “Unlimited Minor Revisions” applies only within the design phase (fair usage).
• Major changes, redesigns, or new concepts are billed separately.

 

4. Turnaround Time

• Delivery time depends on the service package and client response speed.
• Any delay in feedback or content submission may shift the delivery date.
• Urgent delivery may require extra charges.

 

5. File Delivery

• Final designs are delivered in JPG/PNG format unless otherwise stated.
• Source files (PSD/AI/Figma) are included only in specific packages.
• We keep a backup of final files for long-term support.

 

6. Ownership & Usage Rights

• After full payment, the client receives full rights to use the final delivered design.
• Pencil Creative Lab may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

 

7. Communication

• All communication will be done via email, WhatsApp, or your preferred channel.
• Client must respond promptly for smooth progress.
• Delays in communication may affect project deadlines.

 

8. Additional/Extra Work

Extra charges apply for:

• New pages, extra posts, or new design concepts
• Changing approved designs
• Content writing, image sourcing, stock images
• Plugin/theme purchases for websites
• Technical fixes not included in the package
• Marketing or advanced SEO tasks

 

9. Website Design Terms (WordPress Projects)

• Domain & hosting are not included in the package.
• Premium plugins, themes, or licenses must be purchased by the client.
• We are not responsible for 3rd-party plugin errors or hosting issues.
• Maintenance is not included unless the client buys a maintenance plan.

 

10. Confidentiality

• All client information, brand details, and project data remain confidential.
• We never share client files with any external party.

 

11. Project Cancellation

• If a project is inactive (no response) for more than 14 days, it may be closed.
• Reopening the project will require an additional fee.

 

12. Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee sales, engagement numbers, or marketing results.
• We ensure quality designs, but performance depends on platform algorithms and strategy.

 

13. Agreement

By placing an order or working with Pencil Creative Lab, you agree to these Terms of Service.
